- This Policy applies to Customer’s use of the Service worldwide.
Data Collected
- Account Data: Name, all contact information, address, role and other company information related to the use of the
software.
- Usage Data: System logs, device information, IP addresses, performance metrics.
- Billing Data: Payment and invoicing information.
Purpose of Processing
- To provide, operate, and support the Service.
- To improve functionality, security, and user experience.
- To comply with legal and contractual obligations.
Legal Basis
- Processing is based on performance of the contract, legitimate interests in operating the Service, and compliance with
legal obligations.
Sharing of Data
- ELA may share personal data with:
- Authorized sub processors (list available on request).
- Affiliates and contractors assisting with service delivery.
- Regulators or authorities as required by law.

sub processors operate. Appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are implemented.

- Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined herein or as required by law.

- Customers and users may request access, correction, deletion, or export of their personal data by contacting

Changes
ELA may update this Policy and will notify customers of material changes.
