• This Policy applies to Customer’s use of the Service worldwide.

Data Collected

• Account Data: Name, all contact information, address, role and other company information related to the use of the software.
• Usage Data: System logs, device information, IP addresses, performance metrics.
• Billing Data: Payment and invoicing information.

Purpose of Processing

• To provide, operate, and support the Service.
• To improve functionality, security, and user experience.
• To comply with legal and contractual obligations.

Legal Basis

• Processing is based on performance of the contract, legitimate interests in operating the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing of Data

• ELA may share personal data with:
  • Authorized sub processors (list available on request).
  • Affiliates and contractors assisting with service delivery.
  • Regulators or authorities as required by law.

Cross-Border Transfers

• Personal data may be transferred to jurisdictions including Hong Kong, the United States, and others where Provider or sub processors operate. Appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are implemented.

• Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined herein or as required by law.

Data Subject Rights

• Customers and users may request access, correction, deletion, or export of their personal data by contacting support@ela-app.com

Changes

ELA may update this Policy and will notify customers of material changes.
